Dalit farmer Kanhaiyalal Meghwal, who lives in Jaitpura Khurd village, 10 km away from Khilchipur, took a loan from Mahindra Finance Company 5 years ago. Dilip Yadav and Deepak Mewade came from the company on Thursday for its recovery. During this time, they both had an argument. After this the financiers beheaded Kanhaiyalal by pelting them with stones. When the controversy escalated, Deepak Mewade fled when he got the chance. Because of this the villagers caught the collection manager Dilip Yadav and tied him to a tree with a rope. He informed the police about the incident. The injured was taken to Khilchipur hospital by his family members. Where he was referred after first aid.

The injured Kanhaiyalal said that 5 years ago Mahindra Finance took a loan of Rs 1 lakh to build a house. At that time, the company gave me only 80 thousand rupees. Whose monthly installment comes to Rs 2700. I deposited 80 thousand rupees with installment. I also asked for a statement from the company to only give 80 thousand but they did not give. Even after depositing interest plus interest, the company withdrew the remaining amount from me. They asked me 40 thousand rupees for settlement. I also gave it there. But they didn’t give me the receipt. On Thursday again 2 people from the company came to collect the loan money. When I asked him for the receipt of the deposited money, he started abusing me and picked up a stone and smashed my head.

Collection manager Yadav said Kanhaiya Lal Meghwal of Jaitpura village took a loan of Rs 1 lakh 10 thousand from Mahindra Finance 5 years ago to build a house. After the loan, he deposited 60 to 70 thousand. Deepak and I were sent by the company to collect the remaining amount. When we asked him for money, he abused us. After that a stone broke my head. After this a big stone was raised and it fell on Kanhaiyalal’s head. Deepak left me and ran away. The villagers grabbed me and tied me to a tree. The police rescued me and took me to the police station.
