He was made to sign the documents in the room at pistol point.
When she came to know that she was 5 months pregnant. On this both the accused took him to Bhartia Hospital. From there they took her to a house and got her aborted against her will. Both of them forcibly got her married for the second time to a person named Phoolchand in June 2023. Even when she told Phoolchand about her first marriage, he raped her. The victim now reached the women’s police station with her first husband where she filed a case against all three. However, the police is busy investigating the entire matter.
