Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s recent remarks has embarked controversy — first on population control and then on former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi, who belongs to SC category. Kumar’s opposition are continuously attacking him over his remarks and now Lok Sabha MP and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan has also joined the tally.
In a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), Chirag Paswan said that Nitish Kumar’s remarks are unfortunate and condemnable. He even said that Kumar’s remarks shows his anti-women and anti-Dalit mentality.
“An incident that happened in Bihar Assembly yesterday has once again put Bihar to shame, it is extremely unfortunate and condemnable. The manner in which Nitish Kumar ji’s statement towards women a few days ago and now using abusive language against the former Chief Minister who comes from the Dalit community, exposes the anti-women and anti-Dalit face of Nitish Kumar ji,” said Chirag Paswan.
“In the past also he had worked with my leader – my late father. No stone was left unturned in insulting Ram Vilas Paswan ji, I and my party stand with the respect of respected Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi ji and I also appeal to the Honorable Prime Minister of the country and the Honorable Home Minister to take care of the Chief Minister’s mental health. Considering the situation, President’s rule should be imposed in Bihar,” added Chirag Paswan.
With this, Chirag Paswan has demanded Presidential Rule in Bihar.
Not even this, but Chirag Paswan also raised question over the alleged silence of I.N.D.I.A. Alliance over Nitish Kumar’s remarks. Chirag has predicted that in the upcoming time, the I.N.D.I.A. alliance will disintegrate. He also said that the members of this alliance are against the Sanatan Dharma.
“The silence of the leaders of the so called INDI Alliance on the inhuman behavior of Bihar Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar ji shows that they have tacit support for the insult to women and Dalits and this clearly shows that the leaders of INDIAlliance have anti-women and Dalit thinking,” said Chirag Paswan.
“Anyway, even when a leader of this alliance had opposed Sanatan Dharma, these people were silent. In the coming days, this alliance will disintegrate like Bhanumati’s clan,” added Chirag Paswan.
Chirag Paswan and his party Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has already extended full support to BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) for the 2024 general elections and has claimed earlier that NDA will win 40 out of 40 Lok Sbaha seats in the state.
