In Girdih, a young man Chandan Kumar Yadav raped a Dalit minor girl student of village police station area after taking her to the forest. Later, he left her and fled. The victim said that she had come to the Bank of India Gaon branch on Thursday to get her closed bank account started. The accused youth gave her his mobile number, after which she went home.

Dialogue Associate, Gawan/Giridih: In Girdih, Jharkhand, a Dalit minor girl student of Gawan police station area was raped by a young man Chandan Kumar Yadav after taking her to the forest. Later, he left her and fled.
The victim said that she had come to the Bank of India Gaon branch on Thursday to get her closed bank account started. The accused youth gave her his mobile number, after which she went home.
How was the incident executed?
There was reportedly a phone conversation between both the accused and the victim on Thursday night. After this, on Friday, he called her to meet him near the bank.
On Friday, when she came to the bank, the young man seduced her and took her on his bike and took her to the forest ahead of Patna village, where he committed the rape. After this, he left him near the bank and started saying that you go to your house, we go to our house.
However, the girl student was insisting on going with him, but the young man said that we will get married in two-three days. After this, the girl student started creating ruckus near the bank that a young man named Chandan Kumar raped her and left her near the bank.
The student has already run away from home
Seeing the uproar, a crowd of people gathered. After this, the girl student went to the village police station and narrated her ordeal. Station in-charge said that this student had run away from home many times before this.
Once on the application of a relative, it was also recovered from Deoghar. He was also sent to a juvenile home for a few months.
What do the police say?
Here, the police has denied the incident of rape with the student. The girl student was present in the village police station till the news was written and the police had informed her relatives.
The girl’s relatives also said that she ran away from home two-three times without informing. Recently he was recovered from Deoghar with the help of police.
However, whether the student has been raped or not, it will be revealed only after the medical examination. At present, the girl student has been kept in the police station.
