Dalit woman molested for opposing land grab
In a village under the police station area, a Dalit woman, who went to stop the illegal occupation of land, was assaulted and molested by the gangsters. The police took action only on the victim’s family who went to complain. On the instructions of the higher authorities, the police have registered a case against the four accused.
In a village of the area, Sri Krishna Prajapati, son Pradeep, Dharmendra and Sudama, residents of Husepur Rausen village, were forcibly laying the foundation by throwing a thatched hut on the land of the Dalit family of the village itself. On which the woman protested against the occupation by reaching with her husband, then all the accused started beating the young man by abusing caste.
Then, while beating up the wife who came to save her, pulled her hair and took her in an objectionable state and did obscene acts. The victim alleges that when she reached the police station to complain about the incident, she was challaned under the pressure of the accused. The victim had complained to CO Shiv Kumar Thapa in Tehsil Diwas. A case was registered against the accused by the order of the CO.
