Lucknow—BSP President Mayawati has taken aim at the Congress party in a post shared on her social media account. Writing on X, BSP President Mayawati stated that the Congress party failed to accord due respect to Baba Saheb. She noted that it was not the Congress party that conferred upon him the Bharat Ratna award.
Furthermore, she added that the party did not declare a period of national mourning following his demise. She alleged that they merely attempt to capitalize on his name and seek only to weaken the BSP.
Mayawati also urged people to remain vigilant, particularly regarding the Congress party, asserting that the Congress harbors an anti-Dalit mindset.
