Here, BJP’s Mandal General Secretary Ajay Kumar Upadhyay not only abused Pawan Kumar, the employment servant posted in his village, with caste-related words but also beat him up. After the video of abusing and threatening went viral, the police took cognizance of Tahrir and filed a case. Pawan Kumar, a Dalit village employment servant of Gokala Bazar, Gram Panchayat of Development Block Rehra Bazar, had gone to get laborers to work in MNREGA. Atul Kumar Upadhyay and Krishna Kumar Upadhyay of the village, who called themselves the representatives of the head, reached the site and started beating the village employment servant by abusing caste. The village servant somehow saved his life by running away. There has been a serious injury in the eye of the village employment servant.

There is anger in the Village Employment Service Association on this matter. The Sangh has warned that the organization will not sit silent until strict action is taken against the culprits. Police Officer Uday Raj said that on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered under the SC ST Act. The investigation of the entire matter has been started. Legal action will be taken based on the investigation.
