This information has been given by the girl’s mother herself. The mother of the transgender girl has written a letter to Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma. Along with this, she has demanded justice from the CM.

She wrote in the letter, “My daughter, who was born in a male body. She did not choose this life of struggle, where she is being bullied and hated because of her true nature. The recent incident at her school in Assam has shaken the root of our faith in the institutions created to protect and nurture our children. School should be a center of learning, but it has become an area of ????judgment. This is the plight of my daughter, a plight that many have had to deal with, which is often silenced in the shadow of ignorance. “
Mother raised questions on the school principal
According to the TOI report, the girl’s mother has accused the school principal of targeting her daughter’s truth and her existence, besides ‘defaming’, ‘undermining’ and ‘making fun of’ her. At the same time, the school authorities said that the girl’s pictures depict obscenity and they have only asked that these pictures be removed from social media.

Transgender Welfare Board complained
Meanwhile, the state’s Transgender Welfare Board has approached the Assam State Child Rights Protection Commission (ASCPCR). They have said that no one can show the child’s body and his picture in a sexual way. On June 26, ASCPCR started hearing in the case, in which the transgender girl’s family told about the incident. Commission Chairman Shyamal Prasad Sakia said that we have listened to the complainant and will now call the school authorities. After listening to both the sides, we will hold a meeting on a fixed date. After this, legal action will be initiated.
