Stop cunning politics: Dalit forum warns Siddu
Mysuru, September 22:-Former chief minister Siddaramaiah changes statements according to the time and situation. He acts as socialist but he is a casteist, accused Karnataka Dalit Forum here on Saturday. “Instead of supporting the coalition government, he is doing internal politics by spreading hatred between communities.
He is doing this with the selfish motive of becoming chief minister again. He is trying to divide people inside the Congress to unstable the government said district president of the forum, Hinakal Somu, in a press meet held at Press Club on Friday. Siddaramaiah became the chief minister by not allowing senior Congress leader Mallikarjuna Kharge to become the first Dalit chief minister of the state.
Now he is doing the same with deputy chief minister Dr G Parameshwar. He should stop all these cunning tricks and work to keep the coalition government stable he urged. Siddaramaiah used Congress leader C M Ibrahim to attract Muslim votes and used former MLA Mahadev to get Dalit votes and also succeeded in it. Later, he himself became the reason behind Mahadev losing the election.
Siddaramaiah himself is behind Jarakiholi brothers revolt. Siddaramaiah has to mend his ways or he will definitely have nobody by his side soon, he warned. Leaders Nagarahalli M Revanna, K Dinesh and others were present.
