According to the information, Rajesh son of Sultan Jatav, age 32 years, resident of village Bagedri, was stopped on the way by Ram Singh Thakur of village Karaira on July 14 at around 6:00 pm and asked why he did not come to spray medicine on the field. On this, Rajesh demanded 500 rupees as wages from him.

Naiduniya News, Karaira. In village Bagedri under Karaira police station, Bhim Army officials have accused a Thakur of the village of making a Dalit drink urine by filling it in shoes. The police is accused of not taking action under the appropriate sections and the FIR that was registered was also registered after the road blockade.
Rajesh alleges that after this Ram Singh Thakur abused him and he ran away from there towards his home, later Ram Singh beat him with sticks at the door of his house and made him drink urine filled in his shoes. The victim’s side alleges that when they reached the police station on July 15, the police did not register their FIR, finally they had to block the road, then the police registered the case late in the evening under sections 126(2), 332,115(2),296,351 (3) BNS 3 (1) (D), 3 (1) (D), 3 (2) (VA) of SC/ST Act, but the sections that should have been applied in connection with making the victim drink urine have not been applied.
Bhim Army on Tuesday handed over a memorandum to SDM and demanded to register FIR under appropriate sections and arrest the accused. Allegations of making drink urine are completely baseless. In this regard, Karaira police station in-charge Vinod Chhawai said that the allegations of making drink urine are completely baseless.
In the initial investigation, it has come to light that after a woman was molested in the village, people of Parihar community beat her up and people of Parihar community work at Ram Singh Thakur’s place. Action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts will come out in further investigation.
