Rs 25,000 compensation or joke?
The officials handed over Rs 25,000 to the family of the girl as compensation to the victim’s family under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Officials said that the officials will also ensure that his family gets the benefits of various government schemes.
Accused teacher arrested
The police has arrested the accused teacher in this case. The victim has said in her statement that the lady inspector humiliated her and forced her to take off her clothes on suspicion of hiding copycat material in the dress. The victim is being treated at the burn unit of Tata Main Hospital. Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav visited Tata Hospital, where he inquired about the health condition of the 15-year-old girl under treatment.
The inquiry panel submitted its report
Deputy Commissioner Jadhav said that the 2-member inquiry panel constituted to investigate the matter has submitted its report. The report mentions the teacher taking off her clothes. At the same time, the victim has also said in her statement that the teacher had forcibly removed the clothes. The accused teacher has been arrested. Action is being taken against him under the POCSO Act.
The principal denied the allegations
At the same time, the school principal said that I had received information that the student was copying. During this time only he was told that he should not do all this. The principal said that the girl’s clothes have not been taken off, I am not aware of it. At the same time, angry family members and residents of TMH created a ruckus after reaching TMH.
