Dalit teenager gang-raped in Bihar, three miscreants barged into the house and carried out the incident

Bihar Gang Rape: After this incident in Gopalganj, the police have registered an FIR against three youths in this case.
Gopalganj. A case of gang rape of a Dalit girl has come to light in Bihar’s Gopalganj district. The incident is of Manjha police station area. Police has arrested one accused in this case while two accused are said to be absconding. The women police have sent the victim to the court for medical examination and recording of her statement under section 164. The action has been confirmed by SP Swarna Prabhat.
It is said that in a village of Manjha area, three youths along with a girl gang-rape. The incident happened on the night of 25 January. The girl had gone to fill water in the courtyard of her house. Meanwhile, the three youths entered and carried out the incident of gangrape by pressing their mouths. The victim was threatened for protesting. After the incident, the girl, who came in panic, told the whole thing to her family members, after which the family members informed the police. After this, taking the matter seriously, the police started legal action against the accused. Police has registered an FIR under IPC section 376DA/506 and ST-SC section 3(1)(W) and POCSO Act 4/6.
Police made them accused
In this case, the police has registered an FIR against three youths. In these self. Chhote Lal Sah son of Dhoda Sah, Shravan Sah son of Sukhan Lal and Alok Sah son of Laxman Sah are included. Taking the matter seriously, the police took quick action and arrested the named accused Alok Sah, a resident of Sareya village. Raids are going on in search of the remaining two accused Chhote Lal Sah and Shravan Sah.
