Said this in the meeting of the state leaders of the party in the presence of Priyanka Gandhi in Gulmarg on Sunday.
He accused the central government of taking away the basic rights of the people. Contrary to the wishes of the people, Jammu and Kashmir has been bifurcated and made a Union Territory. He said, Congress will continue to fight for the basic rights and justice of the people.
He said, BJP has failed in every field. In such a situation, she is running a campaign to remove encroachment to divert people’s attention from unemployment, inflation and other development issues. He said, he understands the pain of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and here he will continue to come forward. On this occasion, National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi appealed to the Congress leaders to strengthen the Congress in Jammu and Kashmir at the grassroots level.
