Big allegation on DPS Greater Noida: I am poor Dalit, that’s why my children are not getting admission
Greater Noida | Delhi Public School (DPS Greater Noida) of Greater Noida has been leveled by a Dalit family. The recommendation to enroll two children of the family under the ‘Right to Education Act’ has been made by the District Basis Education Officer of Gau Tambudh Nagar.
Parents are applying again and again to the school, but neither the school management is not admitting both the children. Parents allege, “We are poor Dalits. The reason for this is the school management is not giving admission to our children.” The family has given a letter to the Additional District Magistrate of Gau Tambudh Nagar on Shani War, demanding his intervention in the matter.

Anil Kumar, who lives in village Bila Sapur of Tambudh Nagar Sadar Tehsil, sent his two children to Delhi Public School of Greater Noida under the ‘Right to Education Act’. I did admission in the dela’s mother c. For this, Anil gave a letter to the Education Officer of the District Basis. Aishwarya Lakshmi, the education officer of the District Basis of Gau Tambudh Nagar, after conducting an investigation, found Anil’s claim to be true.
Wrote a letter to the Principal and Management of Delhi Public School to admit their two children under RTE. This letter was sent to the school on 14th July, 2022. BSA had asked Anil to go to the school and contact him. Anil told, “I took both the children to Delhi Public School in Greater No Edda. The security personnel of the school did not let me in. I told them that I am the District Basic Education Officer. I have brought a letter from the officer. I want to meet the school principal. On this the security personnel spoke to the principal’s office over the phone.
After this the security personnel returned to me. I spoke to go. I sat outside the school for about an hour with the children, but I was not given admission. After that I once again did my district basic education Contacted Adhikari. No reply was received from his side. Now on Saturday, Anil gave a message to Niti Na Madan, Upper District Magistrate of Gau Tambudh Nagar. In which Anil has written, “I am a scheduled caste person, so the head of Delhi Public School is not giving admission to my children. I have been to school many times since 15th July. Me and my children are not allowed to enter the school.” Anil Kumar has sought ADM to investigate the matter.
Delhi Public is against the school management and the principal. The action of registering an FIR has also been demanded. On the other hand, efforts were made to contact the school management regarding this whole matter, but nothing could be done. Riniti Na Madan says, “I will speak to the District Basis Education Officer and the Delhi Public School Principal on Monday. After that further action will be taken.”
