Balrampur News: Dalit and exploited class uplifted due to Dr. Ambedkar’s struggle

Balrampur. There was a lot of programs across the district on the death anniversary of Constitution maker Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. On Wednesday, seminars and tribute meetings were organized at various places and along with taking a pledge to adopt the teachings of Baba Saheb in life, his contribution in the making of the Constitution was discussed.
District Magistrate Arvind Singh paid floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. Ambedkar in the Collectorate auditorium. DM gave information about Baba Saheb’s life ideals, values and struggles and told about his contribution in the making of the Indian Constitution. On this occasion, ADM Finance and Revenue Pradeep Kumar, ADM Judicial Pramod Kumar and Additional SDM Santosh Kumar Ojha and others were present.
District in-charge Rahul Raj Rastogi and Sadar MLA Palturam started the seminar by garlanding the portrait of Baba Saheb at BJP office Atal Bhawan. Sadar MLA said that Baba Saheb struggled throughout his life for the upliftment of the Dalits and exploited class. Said that no other party has given as much respect to Baba Saheb as BJP. The district in-charge said that progress of the society and the country is possible only by following the education and ideals given by Baba Saheb. On this occasion, Municipality President Dr. Dhirendra Pratap Singh Dhiru, Block Chief Representative Govind Sonkar, District General Secretary Varun Singh Monu and DP Singh and many BJP leaders were present. A seminar was also organized at SP office Lohia Bhawan in which Baba Saheb’s personality and work were highlighted. District President Dr. Manik Lal Kashyap, former MLA Abdul Masood Khan, former District President of Yuvjan Sabha Rakesh Yadav, Iqbal Javed Flower, Sanjay Tiwari and Omkarnath Patel etc. paid tribute to Dr. Ambedkar. Congress District President Anuj Kumar Singh along with the workers paid homage by garlanding the portrait of Dr. Ambedkar at the camp office located at Mohalla Civil Line.
