Ballia News: Gang-raped by kidnapping a Dalit girl in Ballia, all four accused absconding

UP News: A case of gang-rape by kidnapping a Dalit girl has come to light in Ballia, UP. After which the police have started searching for the accused.
Ballia News: A case has been registered against four youths for gang-raping an 18-year-old Dalit girl in a village in Nagra area of Ballia district. Police sources said on Wednesday that on the complaint of an 18-year-old Dalit girl from a village under Nagra police station area, a case has been registered against four youths living in her neighborhood on charges of gangrape.
What is the whole matter?
Police said that the girl had left the house late on July 30 for defecation. Then four youths took her to a secluded place and gang-raped her. The age of the accused youths is between 25 to 35 years. Sources said that the police have started searching for the accused. Medical examination of the girl will also be done. In the FIR lodged by the girl, it is written that four youths first kidnapped the girl from outside the house and then gang-raped by intimidation.
17 year old girl gang raped
Even before this, a case of similar gang rape had come to light in Ballia district. Where in a village of Bhimpura police station area of Ballia, three youths committed an incident of cruelty with a 17-year-old girl. The poor first called the teenager by intimidation and thrashed her by tying her hands and mouth with a rope. After which she was gang-raped. Simultaneously, on the complaint of the girl’s mother, a case was registered at Bhimpura police station against two youths named and one unknown under the Indian Penal Code sections related to gang-rape and under the Protection of Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
