The Tehsildar Court Kalwar has taken action by getting a notice published in newspapers. A seven-day time has been given for raising any objection after which the court will take unilateral action. The transfer process of the land has been pending for the last 10 years.
Besides, illegal society leases were issued and shops were constructed on the land by the land mafia. Notices from the court could not be served effectively due to incomplete addresses provided by the accused societies. Now, the next hearing in the case is scheduled for January 13.
